ABSTRACT:
Juveniles of Meloidogyne javanica root-knot nematode were washed off after treating them with 10, 5 and 2.5% of neem cake and leaves for 12, 24 and 48 hrs. Similarly with 0.1 % of aza. When these treated and later on washed off juveniles were inoculated on to tomato seedlings they were unable to produce egg-masses. It was observed that by increasing the exposure time and doses of the product the number of egg-masses correspondingly decreased.
