ABSTRACT:
Cereal cyst nematode (CCN) is a widely distributed pest of cereal crops in temperate climate causing root disease and significant yield losses in crop production. Conventional methods of biological assay is time consuming relatively expensive and not much efficient. The most reliable preventive measure is to incorporate genetic resistance into wheat cultivars.
